It has def. been a long time since my last post!! Soo many things have been going on..both good and bad! I guess i'll start off with my grandfather passing away. He had been living in the assisted living home like I said before and was doing really good. He was in that play at christmas and was liking having people around to talk to. And he went back to the lung doctor and they did a lung function test and said that his lung function was 1/3 of what it had been 1yr previously. So he advised the family to call hospice to come in to start helping care for him. As time went on things started getting worse with his breathing. He was wearing oxygen 24/7 and still couldn't keep his oxygen sat. above 80. So after things started going downhill we all started going to stay till pretty late at night and then helping during the day. He had a stomach virus that wouldn't go away either and he wasn't able to eat anything so he was losing weight and getting dehydrated. We ask if he would prefer to go to the hospital and he said no that he didn't want to go somewhere else that he wanted to stay where he was. So after a couple days of this his breathing just got to a point of no return and he was gasping for air with oxygen on. He had a beautiful service and so many people showed there love for him. Honestly he is in a much better place and most of us are at peace with knowing that he made things right before he passed and he is no longer struggling to live. The week following his death was really hard on my dad and aunt though. Things are slowly getting better for everyone though!
Let's see what else....Emma's potty training like crazy!! I HAVE to get her outta diapers before baby #2 arrives! I think I would lose my sanity if I spent all day changing both of them. ha! Little Miss Attitude has been getting into lots of trouble lately. She thinks she must scream at me if I don't do exactly what she wants when she wants it. Her daddy is just about to go insane himself. lol
Baby #2 has a name now! Tanner!! We finally got daddy to agree to his name! He kept changing his mind and since it's a boy he insisted on the name coming from him not me. So Emma helped out and encouraged Tanner for me! haha!! Kids Kids!! We have gotten an adorable little crib set since all our others were pink! We got some precious canvas wall hangings to match and of course everyone has already started buying clothes! I'm getting excited!! It seems like it's forever away but in reality he could be here as early as the end of May!! The doctor said we would deliver at 38 or 39 weeks if there were no complications that made it happen sooner so we don't have too much longer left!
I think that's about it for now! My mind is soo scattered right now that I will update later if I think of something else interesting! ha! Hope everyone is having a great day!!
